L’anthropologie végétale ou l’anthropologie des plantes renvoient à un corpus de recherche abordant les rapports contemporains entre humains et végétaux. Plutôt que d’être relégués au rang de simples objets, les végétaux sont appréhendés à titre de sujets dotés de capacités, de propriétés, voire de sensibilités, qui interagissent, s’agencent ou défient les tentatives de domestication opérées par l’humain.
