Abstract

In anthropological works on justice, issues of gender domination, inequality and discrimination have focused attention. Favoring a critical rather than descriptive approach, this focus has led to the marginalization of the study of the ordinary and concrete functioning of justice. The enthusiasm for the ethnographic, even praxeological method, suggests a shift in this trend.
