La dynamique des contrats psychologiques

L’étude du contrat psychologique (CP), qui comprend une dimension transactionnelle et une dimension relationnelle, a suscité beaucoup d’attention au fil des ans. Son intérêt principal est qu’elle offre un cadre unique pour comprendre les attitudes et comportements dans la réalisation du travail, ainsi que les changements observés dans les aspects tels que la loyauté, l’engagement, la satisfaction au travail et l’identification à l’organisation (Rousseau, 1995 ; Zacher et Rudolph, 2021). Les recherches sur le CP révèlent que les CP sont dynamiques et non statiques. Elles indiquent aussi que la perception du CP peut différer entre le secteur privé et le secteur public en raison des différentes attentes et obligations qui existent dans ces environnements. Pour mieux appréhender la part dynamique du concept, nous avons exploré l’étude de Rousseau et al. (2018). Selon les auteurs, le développement de la perception du CP sur les relations de travail et les effets des pratiques de la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) sur le CP se construisent selon un processus itératif intégrant différentes approches en GRH.
