Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.

- I assert that this text is not submitted concomitantly to any other journal
- I affirm that I respect the copyright and, where applicable, have obtained the appropriate rights of use from third parties from whom content has been borrowed.
- I confirm that the submission has not already been published and is not currently being considered by any other journal.
- I will submit an anonymised file in addition to the submitted file with information related to the authors.
- The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Editorial
The texts submitted in this section present the essence of the issues with which they are associated. They are written by the editors responsible for each issue.
Theoritical contribution
The texts submitted in this section present an in-depth reflection in relation to historical-sociocultural theories and their contributions to research.
Theoretical and methodological considerations
The texts submitted in this section focus on theoreticla and methodological aspects relevant to (socio)cultural history research. Emphasis is placed on their articulation.
Scientific papers
The articles submitted in this section present research results that contribute to the development of knowledge related to historical-sociocultural theories and methodologies.
Professional articles
The texts submitted in this section are related to experiences in educational settings: teaching, professional development, continuing education, reflections on practice.
Methodological considerations
The texts submitted in this section focus on methodological aspects relevant to (socio)cultural history research.
Essay
The texts submitted in this section present a reflection on the most diverse subjects and are presented in a personal, even subjective manner by the author. Unlike the study, the essay can be polemical or partisan. It is a literary text that lends itself well to philosophical reflection, but also to other fields: historical essays, scientific essays, political essays, etc.

Please note that authors publishing in the CRIRES International Review: Innovating in the Vygostsky Tradition retain all their economic rights, namely the right to
- reproduce their article for teaching, research and study purposes;

Open access and self-archiving policy
The international journal of CRIRES: innovating in the tradition of Vygotsky is an open access journal. All articles and reviews published in the journal are available free of charge and immediately upon publication under the Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Users of articles and reviews published by the Journal may reproduce, distribute, and communicate them on the condition that the author is cited. Modifications and commercial use of the work are prohibited.
The journal allows the deposit, distribution and communication of accepted or final versions of articles on an institutional repository with immediate open access.
There are no publication fees to be paid by the author or on their behalf, i.e. by an institution or research fund.

Collection, Access and Management of Personal Data
Collection of personal data
The collection of personal data must allow the Platform's mission to be fulfilled, namely to ensure the complete management of the digital publishing process, including peer review.
In fulfilling its mission, the Platform is therefore likely to collect both strictly nominative data, for example: surname, first name, physical or e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, academic or professional affiliation, country, working languages, but may also collect qualitative data.
Privacy Policy
Université Laval and its authorized personnel ensure the protection of personal information and respect for privacy. The right to privacy is protected in Québec by articles 3, 35 and 36 of the Civil Code of Québec and article 5 of the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.
Responsibility for the protection of personal information
The Platform Administrator is responsible for personal information under its control and shall designate an individual who is accountable for safeguarding information assets in accordance with the principles set forth in these Terms of Use.
Responsibility of users with regard to personal data
Responsibility for the protection of personal data on the Platform lies with all users. Users agree to read and comply with the Information Security Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") and the Information Security Regulation on the Use of Information Assets of Université Laval (hereinafter "the Regulation").
Any contravention of these Terms of Use, the Policy and the Regulation may result in the cancellation of access privileges to information assets. Cancellation may be made without notice, depending on the nature and seriousness of the breach.
Protection of personal data
Université Laval stores, processes and communicates information in many forms and through different platforms and websites. It recognizes that this information, which is essential to its administrative, teaching and research activities, must be subject to appropriate use and adequate protection throughout its life cycle.
Access to personal data
Only authorized personnel may have access to personal data. The University ensures that these persons are qualified to access this information and that access is necessary for the performance of their duties.
The personal information you agree to provide on Université Laval's websites must be true, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
Disclosure of personal information
The use and disclosure of personal information at Université Laval takes into account the privacy rights of individuals with respect to the personal information they agree to transmit and the need of organizations to collect, use or disclose such information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.
Management and Retention of Personal Data
Université Laval has adopted an Information Security Policy and is subject to the Act Respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information (chapter A-2.1). The Act applies to documents held by Université Laval in the performance of its functions, whether the retention of information assets is ensured by the institution or by the Platform.
Transfer of personal data
Those responsible for processing personal data reserve the right to transmit this information to partners whose objectives are compatible with the Platform's mission and for whom the data was originally collected.
Processing for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes should be considered a compatible lawful processing operation.
The use of data for commercial purposes is totally prohibited.
Suspension of access to personal data
Platform users have the right to obtain from the data controller the suspension of access to their personal data, as soon as possible, when:
1 the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
1 the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; 2 the Journal no longer wishes to use the service offered by the Platform;
3 the person concerned withdraws his or her consent following unlawful processing of such personal data:
3.1 when the data are used for purposes other than those for which they were collected;
3.2 when the processing of the data collected is contrary to the Information Security Policy of Université Laval;
3.3 when the processing of the data collected is contrary to the laws and regulations in force.
Suspension of access to personal data is equivalent to the unavailability of such data to users. Only those responsible for the Platform retain access to it for the purposes of administering the Platform.
Life span of personal data
The Library retains personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected. The person responsible undertakes to destroy personal data as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
