In this volume, our contributors explore the theme of Presencing Embodiment through the lens of leadership and coaching. Among the different lines of inquiry emerging more fully in this issue, several authors take up the timely question of how embodiment serves as a generative ground for presencing to unfold as a lived and enacted capacity in professional practice. This question invites a deepening beyond cognitive or conceptual framings into the somatic, relational, and developmental dynamics that shape how leaders and coaches cultivate presence. Through a diversity of frameworks and practitioner insights, this issue brings renewed attention to the role of the inner body, felt-sense, and somatic awareness in guiding transformative leadership and coaching engagements. Whether through collective inquiry, improvisational practice, trauma-informed work, or subtle attunement, these contributions offer new perspectives on how embodied presencing becomes a stabilizing force for navigating complexity, fostering relational coherence, and supporting emergence in the moment-to-moment realities of leadership and coaching. This second issue of IJPLC continues to give visibility to a key area of presencing work that is gaining increasing relevance among practitioners and researchers alike.
